Buying over the Internet: Payment Details

Cards accepted: MasterCard, VisaCard, BankCard, Amex and Diners. All transactions are in Australian Dollars, and all prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment by credit card will only be processed and authorised prior to shipping.

The Auslux make every effort to have sufficient stocks of all items, though occasionally we do run out; if this is the case, we shall email you with an expected delivery date.

Overseas Customers

The Auslux services and products are only available to residents in Australia and New Zealand; unfortunately we do not cater for overseas banking transactions or delivery.

We cater for delivery anywhere in Australia. Please call to receive a delivery quote to anywhere in Australia.

Usually we can cater for same day delivery in Sydney metro. Auslux believes our service is not complete until the product is in your hands - securely and safely.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is paramount at Auslux.

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the goods within 14 days Auslux will allow to do exchanges if the product is in original, unopened condition; though we do retain the right at our own discretion. Also generally we offer in-store credit note. Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that have been opened. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods.
